摘　　要：森林资源的高效、合理利用及管理是当前亟待解决的一项任务,不仅影响着林业的健康发展,还会作用于整个社会经济的发展进步。近年来,国家对西部地区的开发力度越来越大,迫切需要重视西部生态环境的保护。本文以林业重点工程为切入点,设计数字林业综合信息系统体系,介绍了系统的设计目标、设计原则、总体结构并进行了关键技术的研究,包括无线传输中间层架构、内外业数据交互技术、移动定位设备技术研究等。对提升林业行政执法现代化管理水平,保护林地、林木、野生动植物资源等具有十分重要的意义。The reasonable and efficient utilization and management of forest resources is an urgent task at present, which not only affects the healthy development of forestry, also influences the entire social economic development and progress. In recent years, with larger and larger development in western region of China, the protection of ecological environment for western region is urgently needed. Based on forestry key project, this article designs an integrated information system of digital forestry, introduces the goal and principle of system design , overall structure and key technology, including wireless data transmission layer architecture, inter-nal and external industry interaction technology, mobile positioning technology, etc. It is of great significance to promote manage-ment level of modern forestry administrative law enforcement and to protect the forest land, forests and wildlife resources.
