云南省主体功能区区划指标体系解读与评价

摘　　要：主体功能区划意义深远。主体功能区划的完成和实施,且在此基础上的主体功能区规划等,是理性政府空间管治的主要作为,也是区域有序发展的基本保障。云南省主体功能区划是云南省各县市有序发展的基本保障。"云南省主体功能区划指标体系"的建立(包括指标的科学选取和各指标的权重赋予)是"云南省主体功能区划"的核心工作之一,也是潘玉君教授的又一个艰辛探索的伟大成果和智慧结晶。Major function oriented zoning is profound. The complement and implement of major func-tion oriented zoning and the major function oriented planning based on the zoning are the fundamental guar-antee for orderly development of zones as well as major deeds of spatial governance of rational government. Major function oriented zoning in Yunnan is the fundamental guarantee for orderly development of Yunnan’ s cities and counties. The establishing of index system of major function oriented zoning in Yunnan which mainly includes scientifically selecting and endowment with weights of indices is another great achievement and wisdom of professor Pan’s hard exploration as well as one of working cores of the planning.
