摘　　要：肝脏缺血再灌注损伤是制约临床肝切除、肝移植手术的重要因素.肝脏短暂性缺血及再灌注后大量各种介质释放,导致细胞甚至器官损伤.本文就肝脏缺血再灌注损伤发生及保护机制的相关研究作一综述.Hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury is an important restricting factor of clinical liver resection and liver transplantation.When the liver is transiently deprived of blood followed by repeffusion,a large number of various mediators are released that can lead to cellular and,eventually,organ dysfunction.This review summarizes the pathogenesis and the protection mechanisms of hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury.
