摘 要:为了解污泥和香菇渣共同作用对苗木生长的影响,对不同污泥含量的香菇渣保水性和对油松生长的影响进行了测定。结果表明:添加污泥可以起到很好的保水作用,添加量越多,保水性越强;不同含量污泥对油松苗木生长的影响也不一致,20.0%含量的污泥处理,其油松苗高、地径、地上和地下生物量及各项各项生理指标最好,污泥含量过高或是过低均比20.0%含量的效果差,可见用香菇渣作基质添加20.0%的污泥有利于油松生长。In order to study the effects of sludge and mushroom resides on plant growth, the mushroom residues with different content sludge on the growth of Pinus tabulaeformis were determined. The results show that adding sludge to Lentinula edodes residues had better water retention effect, the greater the content of sludge, the stronger the water retention. The influences of different contents of sludge on seedling growth were different, Ptabulaeformis seedling growth in terms of height, ground diameter, lateral root, above and underground biomass, terminal bud biomass, etc. were better with 20.0% content of sludge, compared to other formula. The results were confirmed by physiological indexes of seedlings including root vitality, soluble sugar and protein content tested.
