摘 要:以LF96、LF62、S2、LF79和LF99油桐花粉为试验材料,研究了花药内花粉数量和花粉立体培养萌发率。结果表明:5种油桐单花花粉平均数量分别为9 070粒、6 120粒、10 600粒、16 203粒和12 870粒;5种油桐花粉萌发最适培养基条件为0.1 g·L^(-1)硼酸+100 g·L^(-1)蔗糖+10 g·L^(-1)琼脂,且LF79和LF99花粉萌发率最高,分别为86.75%和82.75%。By using the pollens from five Aleuritesfordii species (LF96, LF62, $2, LF79 and LF99)as the tested materials, the pollen number and pollen germination rates of their flowers were investigated. The results show that the average pollen number of one single anther from the five species were respectively 9070, 6120, 10600, 16203, 12870; that the pollen germination rates of the five species were high in the culture medium of 0.01% boric acid+10% sucrose+l% agar, also the pollen germination rates of LF79 and LF99 were the highest, being respectively 86.75%, 82.75%.
