摘　　要：房地产是国民经济发展的支柱产业之一,近年来,海南固定资产投资尤其是房地产投资快速增长,为海南经济增长提供了发展动力。文章使用国民收入法对近五年的固定资产投资贡献率进行分析,在此基础上,计算海南房地产投资对经济增长的贡献率。分析得出:近五年来,海南经济增长中的固定资产投资贡献率均在60%以上,房地产投资贡献率均在25%以上。Real estate is one of the pillar industries in the national economic development. In recent years, Hainan＇s fixed- asset investment, esp. real estate investment, has witnessed rapid development, thereby having given the impetus to the economic growth in Hainan. Firstly, an analysis is made of the contribution rate of the fixed -asset investment in the last 5 years by using the national income method, on whose basis a calculation is presented of the Contribution rate of Hainan＇s real estate investment to the economic growth. As shown in the analy- sis, in the last 5 years, the contribution rate of fixed - asset investment in Hainan＇s economic growth has been over 60%, while the contribution rate of real estate investment has been more than 25%.
