分段结扎加括约肌切开术治疗重度混合痔40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察分段结扎加括约肌切开术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效。方法:将80例重度混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组采用分段结扎加括约肌切开术治疗,对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组总有效率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但两组术后疼痛、水肿、肛门狭窄、皮赘残留等并发症发生情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分段结扎加括约肌切开术能有效治疗重度混合痔,具有术后并发症少、痛苦小、疗效确切等优点。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of segmental ligation combined with sphincterotomy in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： A total of 80 patients with severe mixed hemorr hoids were equally and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received segmental ligation combined with sphincterotomy,while the control group received traditional Milligan- Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. The clinical outcomes of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results： There was no significant difference in overall response rate between the two groups（ 100% vs100%,P 〉0. 05）. However,there were significant differences in the following complications： postoperative pain,edema,anal stenosis,and residual skin tag between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Segmental ligation combined with sphincterotomy is effective in treating severe mixed hemorrhoids,and it has the advantages of few postoperative complications,little pain,and good therapeutic efficacy.
