银花地芩合剂合依匹斯汀片治疗亚急性湿疹50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察银花地芩合剂合依匹斯汀片治疗亚急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将100例亚急性湿疹患者随机分为两组各50例,治疗组采用银花地芩合剂合依匹斯汀片治疗,对照组单用依匹斯汀片治疗。2周后观察比较两组的临床疗效、湿疹面积与严重度指数评分(EASI评分法)、不良反应发生率与复发率。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.0%,对照组为76.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组EASI评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为8.0%,低于对照组的12.0%,但差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组复发率为16.0%,明显低于对照组的58.3%(P<0.05)。结论:银花地芩合剂合依匹斯汀片治疗亚急性湿疹疗效显著,且复发率低,不良反应少。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinhua Diqin mixture combined with epinastine tablets in the treatment of subacute eczema. Methods： A total of 100 patients with subacute eczema were equally and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received Yinhua Diqin mixture combined with epinastine tablets,while the control group received epinastine tablets alone. After two weeks of treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of treatment outcome,Eczema Area and Severity Index（ EASI） score,incidence of adverse events,and recurrence rate. Results： There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（ 92. 0% vs76. 0%,P 〈0. 05）. After treatment,both groups showed significant improvement in EASI score,and there was a significant difference in EASI score between the two groups（ P 〈0. 01,P〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the treatment group and the control group（ 8. 0% vs12. 0%,P 〉0. 05）. The treatment group had a significantly lower recurrence rate than the control group（ 16. 0% vs58. 3%,P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Yinhua Diqin mixture combined with epinastine tablets achieves a significant clinical effect,a low recurrence rate,and few adverse events in treating subacute eczema.
