摘 要:针对获得尽可能多的地层信息的需要和常规测井仪器分辨率不高的特点,研制成功了一种微电阻率扫描成像测井仪八臂分动机械推靠器。文章介绍了该推靠器的系统组成、推靠器概况、工作原理和现场应用四个方面,并对推靠器机械结构和40多口井的现场使用情况进行了重点阐述。在大庆油田的推广应用结果表明,该推靠器具有5 mm分辨率和85%的井眼覆盖率(215.9mm井眼),极板贴靠井壁严实,机械性能稳定可靠。In view of the need for more downhole information and the higher resolution of conventional logging tools, a new mechanical sonde with 8 arms moving respectively is developed for Micro-resistivity Scanning Imager. This paper refers to the system combination and the gen- eral description, the working principle and the field application of the sonde, and focuses on its mechanical structure and on-site operations in more than 40 wells. The result of application in Daqing oil field shows that,this sonde has a 5mm resolution and an 85% borehole coverage in a well with a diameter of 215.9mm. The sonde also has a good reliability and its pad leans closely on the sidewall.
