摘　　要：退火处理是一种常用的后续性能改善的方法,本文主要通过在不同温度下对某工艺制备的ITO薄膜样品进行退火处理,研究这一方法对该ITO薄膜光电性能的影响。Annealing is a method commonly used to improve the performance,In this paper,by annealing one type of ITO film samples at different temperatures,research the influence on the electrical and optical properties of the ITO film.
