重叠综合征患者血清钙粒蛋白表达的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的:研究血清钙粒蛋白(S100A12)在重叠综合征患者中的表达变化及意义。方法:将172例阻塞性睡眠呼吸障碍患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各86例,治疗组给予经鼻持续正压通气治疗,对照组给予糖皮质激素布地奈德100μg+生理盐水3 m L雾化吸入治疗,治疗4周。结果:2组治疗后血清S100A12水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),同时组间对比差异明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后的FEV1和FEV1/FVC值明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后FEV1和FEV1/FVC值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者动脉血氧指数提高,呼吸暂停低通气指数降低(P<0.05)。2组治疗后的睡眠有效率与睡眠潜伏期都明显提高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经鼻持续正压通气治疗重叠综合征有效改善睡眠结构与低氧血症状况,促进肺功能恢复;同时血清S100A12表达明显降低。Objective： To investigate the changes of serum S100A12 expression in patients with overlap syndrome and its significance. Methods： One hundred and seventy-two patients with obstructive sleep apnea（ OSA） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,86 cases for each group. Patients in the treatment group received nasal continuous positive airway pressure therapy,while the control group received the glucocorticoid budesonide 100μg ＋ saline 3mL inhalation therapy,both were treated for 4 weeks. Results： The serum S100A12 expression was significantly lower after treatment than that before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. FEV1 and FEV1/ FVC values were significantly higher after treatment than those before treatment in the two groups,while the FEV1 and FEV1/ FVC value were significantly higher in the treatment group than those in control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The respiratory hypopnea index decreased and the arterial oxygen saturation were increased significantly after treatment in both group（ P〈0. 05）. The sleep efficiency and sleep latency were significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）,while the sleep efficiency and sleep latency in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Nasal continuous positive airway pressure can effectively improve sleep problem and hypoxemia and promote the recovery of lung function in patients with overlap syndrome,and the expression of serum S100A12 decrease significantly.
