外治疗法治疗妊娠期带状疱疹病毒性睑皮炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察外治疗法治疗妊娠期带状疱疹病毒性睑皮炎的临床疗效。方法 20例妊娠期带状疱疹病毒性睑皮炎患者分别采用壮医药线点灸病变部位1~10次,熊胆溶液湿敷或外涂病变部位7~10次,双耳尖放血1~3次治疗。结果治愈17例,好转3例,无效0例,治愈率为92.5%。结论运用外治疗法治疗妊娠期带状疱疹病毒性睑皮炎疗效较好,且对胎儿无不利影响。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of herpes zoster virus of eyelid dermatitis in pregnancy. METHODS Twenty patients with herpes zoster virus eyelid dermatitis during pregnancy were treated with the thread moxibustion in Zhuang medicine combined with bear bile wet and blood letting in ear apex. RELUSTS Seventeen cases were cured, 3 cases improved. The cure rate was 92.5%. CONCLUSIONS The curative effect of external treatment of herpes zoster virus eyelid dermatitis during pregnancy was good, and had no side-effect on the fetus.
