阳春市艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗依从性影响因素调查

摘　　要：目的了解影响阳春市艾滋病抗病毒治疗依从性的因素并提出应对策略。方法对阳春市全部正在接受抗病毒治疗的126名艾滋病患者进行匿名问卷调查,调查内容包括患者的人口学特征、服药知情和药物漏服原因。采用描述性流行病学方法对患者的服药依从性及影响因素进行分析。结果 126例患者中,服药依从性≥95%的患者为59.5%(75/126)。不同配偶检测情况、是否与子女同住、服药后身体自我感觉和服药前后CD4情况患者服药依从性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而不同性别、年龄、婚姻、文化程度、治疗时间和服药时病程患者服药依从性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。漏服药物的主要原因有忘记吃药(43.5%)和不愿别人知道自己吃药(15.7%)。结论阳春市接受抗病毒治疗的病人服药依从性仅为59.5%,影响依从性的主要因素是家庭和服药后效果。应当加强病人和家人抗病毒治疗相关知识的宣传,告知病人治疗过程中的注意事项和按照医嘱服药的重要性,通过对病人和家人的随访、提醒,提高他们的服药知识,从而提高病人的服药依从性。Objective To understand the influencing factors of compliance of antiretroviral treatment among AIDSpatients in Yangchun city so as to formulate countermeasures.Methods Questionnaireto survey was carried out on 126 AIDSpatients with antiviral therapy.General information,informed status of medication and main reasons for non-medication of thecases were all inquired. Descriptive epidemiological analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of medicationcompliance. Results Among the 126 patients,59.5%（75/126）were found with the medication compliance over or equal to95%.The differences of medication compliance in patients with different status of test of spouse,living with their children,self-feeling after medication and CD4 cell before and after treatment were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,while that in patientswith different gender,age,marital status,education level and duration of therapy were not significant.（P〈0.05）. The mainreasons for non-medication were forgetting（43.5%）and unwilling to be known them under medication（15.7%）. Conclusion Medication compliance in AIDS patients in Yangchun city is only 59.5% and it is mainly affected by family and therapy.Thus,education,follow-up visit and reminding of medication should be strengthened among the patients and their family membersto enhance their knowledge and compliance of antiviral therapy.
