山东烟台口岸出国劳务人员防疟知识行为现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解出国劳务人员疟疾防治知识行为现状,为开展有针对性的防疟教育和行为干预提供依据。方法采取问卷调查的方式对500名烟台口岸出国劳务人员就疟疾基本知识与基本防护行为进行调查,对结果进行分析,根据结果对出国劳务人员的疟疾防控工作提出可行性建议。结果出国劳务人员对疟疾的传播方式、感染后症状等知晓率较高(分别为87.6%和76.2%),对抗疟药的用法和预防知识的知晓率较低(分别为34.3%和42.8%),防疟行为的执行率调查显示分别有48.8%和52.9%的务工者使用正确的蚊帐和驱避剂。统计学分析显示务工者的工种、出国务工次数对防疟知识行为的影响较大。结论扩大防疟教育的覆盖面;重点关注防疟意识行为薄弱劳务人员的防疟教育工作;加强对劳务公司的监管;充分发挥职能部门的作用。Objective To understand the status of malaria prevention knowledge and behavior of contract workers goingabroad in order to provide the basis for carrying out a targeted anti-malaria education and behavioral intervention. Methods Questionnaires were dilivered to 500 contract workers going abroad at Yantai Port to investigate their basic knowledge andprotective behaviors of malaria, the results were analyzed, and feasible suggestions were put forward based on the results ofmalaria prevention and control of contract workers going abroad. Results Contract workers going abroad had a higherawareness rate of the spreads and infection symtoms of malaria（87.6% and 76.2% respectively）, and a lower awareness rate ofantimalarial medicine usage and prevention knowledge（34.3% and 42.8% respectively）. The rate of implementation of anti-malaria behavior survey showed that 48.8% and 52.9% of workers used the correct mosquito nets and repellents respectively.Statistical analysis showed the type of worker＇s jobs and the times of going abroad had a great influence on malaria preventionknowledge and behavior. Conclusions The coverage of malaria prevention education should be expanded while the contractworkers with weak awareness of anti-malaria should be focused on.We should strengthen the supervision of the labor servicecompany and give full play to the role of the functional departments.
