益气养阴法治疗继发性肺结核疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气养阴法治疗继发性肺结核临床疗效。方法选择邢台市结核病防治门诊初治继发性肺结核104例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各52例,两组均给予西药2HRZE/4HR化疗方案。治疗组在西药化疗方案的基础上加服中药益气养阴润肺汤治疗,疗程均为6个月,疗程结束后观察并比较两组疗效。结果治疗组在肺部阴影吸收、中医证候疗效、药物毒副作用方面与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组的痰菌阴转率均明显提高,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组痰菌阴转率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医联合治疗肺结核可以更好地改善患者临床症状,疗效确切,且安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect on secondary pulmonary tuberculosis with supplementingQi and nourishing Yin. Methods A total of 104 cases with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis of the initial treatment intuberculosis control clinic of our city were divided into treatment group and control group with 52 cases in each group.Both twogroups were given medicine 2HRZE/4HR chemotherapy.Traditional Chinese medicine of the supplementing Qi and nourishingYin treatment based on Western medicine chemotherapy was used to treatment group for 6 months, and curative effect betweenthe two groups after the treatment were observed and compared. Results There was statistical significant differencesbetween the treatment group and the control group about the absorption of pulmonary shadows, TCM syndrome curative effect,toxic and side effect of the medicine（P〈0.05）.The sputum negative conversion rate was significantly improved, compared withthat before treatment and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.But the difference between two groups of sputumnegative conversion rate had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese combined with Westernmedicine in treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis can better improve the clinical symptoms, effective treatment and high safety.
