原发性三叉神经痛患者自我管理意愿对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的调查原发性三叉神经痛患者生活质量及自我管理意愿现况,并分析自我管理意愿对生活质量的影响。方法采用一般资料问卷、三叉神经痛生活质量量表及疼痛阶段变化问卷对神经外科135例原发性三叉神经痛的患者进行调查。结果原发性三叉神经痛患者的生活质量总均分为(80.00±11.11)分,处于较低水平。多元回归分析显示,文化程度及不同疼痛自我管理阶段对患者生活质量有影响作用(P<0.05)。结论原发性三叉神经痛患者的生活质量较低,自我管理意愿高的患者生活质量相对较高,临床护理工作应根据患者实际情况给予针对性的指导和帮助,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the level of self-management readiness and quality of life among patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia,and to analyze the influence of self-management readiness on quality of life. Methods Totally 135 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were investigated using Questionnaire of Quality of Life on Trigeminal Neuralgia and the Pain Stages of Change Questionnaire（PSOCQ）. Results The score of quality of life of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia was （80.00±11.11）,which was at a low level. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level and the self-management readiness were the main influencing factors of patients＇ quality of life （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality of life of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia is at a low level and the quality of life is relatively high in patients with high level of self-management readiness. It is suggested to provide targeted guidance to improve patients＇ quality of life.
