2012—2014年我院门诊调血脂药物应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析2012—2014年浙江大学校医院门诊调血脂药物应用情况。方法选取2012—2014年浙江大学校医院门诊调血脂药物处方10757张,利用HIS系统统计2012—2014年门诊调血脂药物年消耗量、销售金额及处方数。结果浙江大学校医院门诊总处方601187张,其中调血脂药物处方10757张(1.79%);药品销售总金额5617.73万元,其中调血脂药物销售金额201.91万元(3.59%);调血脂药物以他汀类为主,占全部药品的50%,其中阿托伐他汀及瑞舒伐他汀用药频度(DDDs)排序位居前两位;调血脂中成药以血脂康胶囊最为常用。结论2012—2014年浙江大学校医院门诊调血脂药物应用较为合理。Objective To amalyze Zhejiang University Hospital from 2012 to 2014 outpatient lipid lowering agents application. Methods A total of 10757 prescription of lipid lowering agents were selected in Zhejiang University Hospital from2012 to 2014,using HIS system to amalyze annual waste,consumption sum and prescriptions amount of outpatient lipid lowering agents from 2012 to 2014. Results A total of 601187 prescription were selected in Zhejiang University Hospital outpatient,among them prescription of lipid lowering agents were 10757（ 1. 79%）; drug sales total amount was 56. 1773 million yuan,among them consumption sum of lipid lowering agents were 2. 0191 million yuan（ 3. 59%）; lipid lowering agents were mainly statins,accounted for 50% of all drugs,among them atorvastatin and rosuvastatin frequency of drug use（ DDDs） from 2012 to2014 sorting ranks among front two position; lipid lowering Chinese patent medicine were Xuezhikang Capsule most commonly used. Conclusion The lipid lowering agents in Zhejiang University Hospital outpatient from 2012 to 2014 is rational.
