益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的效果及安全性。方法选取2012年1月—2014年11月于永修县三溪桥镇卫生院行剖宫产的产妇210例,根据治疗方案不同分为研究组与对照组,各105例。对照组产妇予以缩宫素治疗,研究组产妇在对照组基础上加用益母草注射液治疗。观察两组产妇术中出血量、术后4、24h出血量、产前及产后24h血红蛋白水平、红细胞计数及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组产妇术中出血量、术后4、24h出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产前两组产妇血红蛋白水平、红细胞计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),产后24h研究组产妇血红蛋白水平、红细胞计数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的效果显著,对产妇血红蛋白水平及红细胞计数影响小,且不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of motherwort injection combined with oxytocin in treatment of tpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods A total of 210 patients with cesarean section were selected in the Yong County Three Creek Bridge Township Health Centers from January 2012 to November 2014,according to the different treatment,they were divided into study group and control group,105 cases in each group. Control group were given oxytocin treatment,study group were given motherwort injection combined with oxytocin treatment. Intraoperative blood loss,operation 2,24h blood loss ,prenatal and postnatal 24h hemoglobin level,red blood cell count and incidence of adverse reactions be-tween the two groups were compared. Results Intraoperative blood loss,operation 2,24h blood loss of study group were shor-ter than those of control（P 〈 0. 05）;prenatal hemoglobin level,red blood cell count showed no significant differences between the two groups（P 〉 0. 05）,postnatal 24h hemoglobin level,red blood cell count of study group were higher than those of con-trol（P 〈 0. 05）;incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant differences between the two groups（P 〉 0. 05）. Con-clusion Motherwort injection combined with oxytocin have notable curative effect in the treatment of tpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section,has less impact on maternal hemoglobin level and red blood cell counts and has less adverse reactions,high safety.
