摘　　要：为探讨Hartmann术后二期还纳术的手术时机及技巧，对15例Hartmann术后还纳患者进行回顾性分析。乙状结肠癌4例，直肠癌8例，其他3例。手术时间60～330min，平均164min。并发症发生率为11．9％。结果表明，Hartmann术后还纳手术时机应个体化，术前准备充分、合理选择术式是降低病死率的关键。For exploring the right time and skill for secondary recuperation procedure, authors retrospec- tively analyzed the data of 15 cases subjected to this procedure,included 4 cases with cancer of sigmoid 8 with rectal cancer,3 with rectal other diseases;the operative time was 60-330 min（averaged 164 rain）,the incidence of complications was 11.9 %.Results show that it should be individually choosing the right time for neostomy recuperation procedure, and enough preoperative preparation and rational choice of procedures are the key to reduce the fatality rate.
