腹部按摩加吴茱萸贴敷防治老年人肛肠病术后腹胀疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨腹部按摩加吴茱萸贴敷对防治老年人肛肠病术后腹胀的临床疗效，将112例肛肠病术后老年患者分为治疗组和对照组各56例。对照组采用术后常规热敷护理，治疗组采用腹部按摩加吴茱萸药饼贴敷治疗，观察两组的疗效。结果显示，治疗组总有效53例，总有效率为94．6％，对照组总有效43例，总有效率为76．8％（P〈0．01）。结果表明，腹部按摩加吴茱萸穴位贴敷能有效防治老年性肛肠病术后腹胀的发生。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of abdomen massage plus Wuzhuyu ointment for preventing ＆ treating postoperative burbulence of senile anorectal disease patients, randomly divided 112 cases into treatment group and cotrol group, n =56 for each;after operation gave routine hot compress to control group,while gave above combination therapy to treatment group;then, the effects of both groups were observed.As results,total effective case-number was 53, total effective rate was 94.6%, in treatment group ; while in control group,respectively was 43,76.8% ,thus the difference was significant（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that above combination therapy can effectively prevent ＆ treat burbulence of senile anorectal disease patients.
