摘　　要：2015年中国经济增长目标是7%左右,说明经济下行的压力依然很大。很多人担心中国经济＂崩盘＂,其实大可不必,新常态的经济增长外柔内刚,很健康。Facing the stress of economic downturns, it can not be avoided adjustment on the a strategic level profit and avoid loss is the fundamentals of the policy basis, new investment, new types of consumer and 'B&R' may be on a normal power of economic development.
