摘  要:研制一种具有噪声巡检功能的激光二极管并联群的驱动电源。该驱动电源结构简单,能够快速实现软启动,避免浪涌电流对激光二极管的损坏。采用FPGA和单片机共同控制,减小了单片机单个控制的负担。系统电路包括软启动电路、电压/电流转换电路、并联群连接电路、温度控制电路等。当LD并联群中有任何一个损坏时,即可采用测量噪声的方式来检验和发现,并进行声音和显示器双重报警,确保整个系统连续、稳定。激光二极管并联群的输出通过选择合适的光纤耦合器进行耦合输出。A power supply driver of a laser diode in parallel groups which has the function to achieve noisy inspection was developed.This power supply has simple construction,it can achieve soft start quickly,to avoid the damage of surge current on the laser diode. This power supply adopts the combination of FPGA and single-chip microcomputer-for control,reducing the burden of single-chip microcomputer individual control. The system circuit includes a soft start circuit, voltage/current converting circuit,connected circuit of parallelgroups, temperature control circuitand so on.This can be checked and found by using the method of measuring noise, and alarmed by sound and display when there is any LD destroyed in the group of parallel-connected semiconductor laser,which can ensure the continuous and reliablerunning of the whole system.The output of group of parallel-connected semicon ductor lasers will be car-ried out through selecting suitable fiber coupler.
