摘  要:Al-Ti-B细化剂广泛应用于铝及其合金的细化,目前在铝行业中广泛应用的主要有国产及进口两类,但进口产品的价格远高于国内产品。本文利用光学金相显微镜对国外进口细化剂及国内某厂国产细化剂的显微组织进行了分析。结果表明:两种细化剂中均存在少许夹杂物;国产Al-Ti-B细化剂中块状Ti Al3相存在少许聚集现象,尺寸大小不太均匀,Ti B2相存在轻微的团聚现象;国外Al-Ti-B细化剂中块状Ti Al3相分布均匀,尺寸相差不大,基本没有聚集现象;Ti B2相的分布也很均匀,聚集现象比国产的轻。Al-Ti-B grain refiner is widely used in the refining of aluminum and its alloys. So far, Al-Ti-B grain refiner widely used in the aluminum industry can be mainly divided into domestic and imported ones. The price of imported products is much higher than that of domestic products. By using optical microscope, this paperana-lyzed the microstructures of imported grain refiner and the domestic ones in a certain plant. The results showed that: both two refiners existed with little inclusion. The TiAl3 phases in domestic Al-Ti-B grain refiner existed with little gathered phenomenon with various sizes; TiB2 phases existed with minor reunion phenomenon. The TiAl3 phases in imported Al-Ti-B grain refiner were distributed evenly. The phases almost had the same size and the reunion phenomenonwas not obvious. The distribution of TiB2 phase was also uniform, and dadless reunion phenomenon than the phases in domestic products.
