摘　　要：针对格里坪选煤厂在使用圆盘真空过滤机对浮选精煤的脱水过程中出现的过滤后产品水分偏高、脱落率低、耗能高等现象,对PG116型真空过滤机进行包括刮刀卸料机构、主轴转速、入料矿浆等一系列改进,不仅降低过滤机能耗,而且提高过滤机的工艺操作水平,改善过滤机的使用效果。According to Geliping coal preparation plant in the use of disc vacuum filter of the flotation concentrate dewatering process, after filtration products of the high moisture, shedding rate is low, high energy consumption of the phenomenon, for PG116 vacuum filter machine comprises Scraper agencies, spindle speed, feed pulp and a series of improvements, filter not only reduces energy consumption, and improve process operating level filter, improving effect filter.
