摘 要:本文针对磨损失效汽缸体进行电刷镀再制造研究。用最佳工艺参数分别进行镍镀层和分别添加3g/l,6g/l,9g/l Ti C纳米粉的纳米复合镀层的电刷镀试验,对比镍镀层和不同含量Ti C纳米粉的复合镀层的性能,进而得出一种综合性能最佳的镀层,即为工艺参数如刷镀电压12V,阳极速率20m/min,刷镀时间15min,Ti C纳米粉含量为6g/l的纳米复合镀层。As the social and economic of China continues to develop, life quality of people has been an unprecedented increase, and the car is regarded as one of the necessities of life. A significant increase in car ownership has also brought a large increase in problems of scrap cars. How to recycle these scrap cars effectively and rationally, achieve these scrap cars remanufacturing, and reach the resources of these scrap cars harmlessly is a question that must be addressed in the development of circular economy. Automotive engine remanufacturing is the top priority in automotive parts remanufacturing and cylinder is the core component of automotive engine, whose main failure mode is wear and erosion. This article will study electrical brush remanufacturing of the wear failure cylinder blocks.Nickel coating and composite coating which each contained 3g/L, 6g / l, 9g/L TiC nano- powder were prepared by brush plating under the best process parameters. The best overall performance coating was found by the comparison of nickel coating's and different TiC levels nano-powder composite coatings' performance, which contained 6g/L TiC nano-powder and was plated by the process parameters: voltage 12V, anode rate 20m/min, and plating time 15min.
