芬太尼透皮贴剂联合护理干预治疗中重度癌痛患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨芬太尼透皮贴剂联合护理干预治疗中重度癌痛患者的临床效果。方法对2010年3月至2013年9月间收治的350例中重度癌痛患者的临床资料进行分析,在采用芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗基础上结合护理干预,评价实施效果。结果 350例患者完全缓解(CR)+部分缓解(PR)率为88.6%,不良反应均比较轻微,治疗后生活质量有明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中重度癌痛患者采用芬太尼透皮贴剂联合护理干预治疗可有效缓解患者的疼痛,改善患者的临床症状。Objective To evaluate fentanyl transdermal patch nursing treatment of 350 cases,severe joint pain in patients with clinical effect. Methods Between March 2010 to September 2013,the first hospital affiliated to suzhou university were analyzing the clinical data of 350 patients with moderately severe pain,in the fentanyl transdermal patch treatment combined with nursing intervention,on the basis of evaluation of effect. Results 350 cases of patients with complete remission（ CR） ＋ partial response（ PR） rate was 88. 6%,the adverse effects are relatively mild,quality of life index has improved significantly after treatment,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Patients with moderately severe pain with fentanyl transdermal patch with nursing intervention therapy can effectively reduce the pain of patients,improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms,patients with healthy body recover at an early date.
