循证护理干预对胃癌患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的循证护理干预对胃癌患者生存质量的影响。方法选取2013年10月至2014年7月间收治的150例胃癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,其中观察组77例,对照组73例。观察组患者给予循证护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,比较两组患者护理前后心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能维度评分变化情况。结果在治疗护理前,观察组和对照组患者心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能维度评分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗护理8周后,观察组患者在心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为100.0%,高于对照组的83.5%(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者采用循证护理干预能够针对性地提高患者的躯体功能,改善患者心理状况,提高患者的社会功能,从而有效提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the influence of evidence-based nursing in psychological function dimension,physical function,social function in gastric cancer patients. Methods From October 2013 to July 2014 in Yan＇an University Affiliated Hospital,150 gastric cancer patients were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups： the observation group（ n = 77） and control group（ n = 73）. The observation group accepted evidence-based nursing intervention and the control group accepted routine nursing intervention. Psychological function,physical function,social function dimensions score were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment,nursing psychological function,physical function,social function dimensions scores between the two groups had no obvious difference（ P 0. 05）. 8 wk after treatment,psychological function,physical function,social function dimensions score and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical differences（ P 0. 05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100. 0%,higher than that of the control group（ 83. 5%）.Conclusions For gastric cancer patients,vidence-based nursing interventions can be targeted to improve the patient＇s body function,improve psychological status,patient＇s social function,and effectively improve the patient＇s quality of life. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
