摘　　要：世界上最大的420t超高功率双石墨电极直流电弧炉设计年产量260万t钢,此炉型代表最新的市场趋势,即炼钢者越来越关注提高钢厂的生产率和保证钢的高品质。介绍了炉子的主要技术参数、化学能设备的布置、控制和自动化系统。With a designed yearly production of 2. 6 million t,the furnace is operated in the Tokyo Steel plant of the world largest ultra high power DC EAF wiht twin graphite electrodes. The design is representative of the recent market trend,which has led steel producers to focus more and more on the increse in meltshop productivity and efficiency for products,while ensuring high quality of the steel produced. Introduced main technical characteristics,arrangement of chemical energy equipment,control and automation system of the EAF.
