摘  要:过渡金属催化的C–H键活化和官能化(C–C偶联反应)是当前有机合成化学极具挑战性的研究课题之一.近年来探索过渡金属催化的脱羧和脱磺偶联反应引起了人们的极大关注,并取得了很好的研究结果.常用的过渡金属催化剂有钯(Pd)、铜(Cu)、银(Ag)、铑(Rh)、铁(Fe)等.本文综述了近几年过渡金属催化的经C?H键活化/脱羧和脱磺偶联反应研究进展.The transition-metal catalyzed carbon-hydrogen bond activation and functionalization reaction is one of the versatile methods to construct the carbon-carbon bond in organic synthesis, which has become a hot topic in current organic chemistry and has been widely used in the synthesis of natural products and pharmaceutical intermediates. In recent years, decarboxylative and desulfitative cross-coupling reactions have been received much attention in organic synthesis with rich achievements. The cross-coupling reactions constitute advantageous alternatives to traditional cross-coupling or addition reactions involving preformed organometallic reagents. In general, the transition metals involved in the reactions, including palladium, copper, silver, rhodiun, iron and so on. This review mainly covers the recent advances in the versatility and practicality of decarboxylative coupling reactions and desulfitative coupling reactions catalyzed by transition-metal catalysts through the corresponding carbon-hydrogen bonds activation and their further functionalizations.
