摘 要:为适应现代工程检测中的电阻应变测试技术,解决在实际测试中布线难、安装复杂、可靠性差等问题,提出了一种基于Lab VIEW及WiFi无线网络的应变电阻远程测量系统。详细介绍了基于WiFi无线网络的系统硬件结构以及基于LabVIEW的监控软件平台设计。利用TCP/IP无线通信协议,数据采集端将应变电阻的应变值实时无线上传至数据管理监控中心进行处理分析。经过在实验室环境下对电阻应变片的无线测量与监控,表明系统具有很好的实时性和稳定性,以及一定的实用价值。In order to adapt to the testing technology of resistance strain in modern engineering inspection,and solve the problems of wiring difficultly,installation complexity,poor reliability in actual test,a remote measurement system for strain resistance based on LabVIEW and WiFi network is proposed.The hardware structure based on WiFi network and monitoring software platform based on LabVIEW are introduced in detail.Data acquisition terminal uploads strain resistance values which are real-time acquired through WiFi network to the monitoring software platform for processing and analyzing by using TCP/IP wireless communication protocol and data flow pattern.After the wireless measurement and monitoring experiments of standard resistance and resistance strain gauges in the laboratory environment,the results indicate that the system has good performances in real time and feasibility,with higher practical value.
