摘  要:针对工业环境中干扰对压力传感器模拟信号的影响,为提高压力传感器的分辨率,提出了一种基于PLC实现复杂软件数字滤波的算法。通过对压力传感器输出电路以及输出信号特征的研究分析,设计出相应的FIR数字滤波算法,使传感器分辨率达到0.4‰以上,即满量程为800 N时,系统能识别0.32 N的变化。实验证实该PLC数字滤波程序提高了PLC处理模拟信号的分辨率,使系统能识别到0.1 N的压力变化,为后续精确控制提供保障。In order to reduce the impact of electromagnetic environment on pressure transducer,and improve the resolution of the pressure transducer,a method that can realize complex software digital filter based on PLC is proposed.By studying the properties of output circuit and signal of the pressure transducer,a FIR filtering algorithm is designed to make sensor resolution achieving more than 0.4‰,which indicates that the system can identify the changes of 0.32 N when the full scale is 800 N.The experiment proves that the resolution of PLC processing analog signal is enhanced by employing the filter.The system can identify the pressure changes of0.1 N and provide security for the accurate control.
