摘　　要：知识经济的蓬勃发展使得科技档案知识管理进入后现代阶段并成为必然的发展趋势,这也是档案管理应对复杂社会变迁的有效选择。文章基于科技档案知识管理的相关内容,探索了流程化的后现代阶科技档案知识资源管理体系的构建要素,分析了后现代阶科技档案知识管理体系构建的作用。The rapid development of knowledge economy makes archives knowledge management become an inevitable trend. Also it is an effective way to deal with complex social change. Based on the contents of the archives related to knowledge management, we explored the process-oriented elements system in the construction of archives knowledge management by analyzing the role of archives knowledge management system.
