摘　　要：奥地利国家档案馆是保存欧洲"历史记忆"的重要机构,它始终以保护文化遗产、保存档案以及完成公共管理框架内的任务为使命,在历史传承的基础上实现自身的文化价值。该馆历史底蕴深厚,各部门功能专一且独具特色,馆藏资源丰富且利用率高,同时该馆历来重视档案的管理与保护,无论是技术利用还是理念创新均别具一格,它的诸多优点值得我们研究和借鉴。Austrian National Archive is an important institution to preserve Europe historical memory, which has always been to protect the cultural heritage and to preserve archives and to complete the task within the framework of public administration for the mission, meanwhile, it also realize their own cultural values on the basis of historical heritage. The archive has a deep historical heritage, its sectors are specific and unique, and it has a rich collection of resources and high utilization. At the same time, the archive has always attached importance and protection of archives management, whether its technology or the use of innovative ideas, it has so many advantages which are worthy to study and learn.
