毫火针治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察以毫火针为主治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的疗效。方法选取2014年2月至2014年10月诊治的第三腰椎横突综合征60例,随机分成毫火针治疗组及普通针刺对照组,按各自方案进行治疗后观察两组疗效。结果毫火针组痊愈率80%,明显优于针刺组痊愈率33.3%,两组组间差别有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论毫火针为主治疗第三腰椎横突综合征具有良好的效果。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the filiform fire needle in the treatment of the transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra. Methods 60 cases of patients with the transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra from February 2014 to October 2014 were selected, and they were randomly divided into filiform fire needle treatment group and normal acupuncture group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed based on different treatment methods. Results The cure rate of the filiform fire needle treatment group was 80% which was obviously higher than 33.3% of the normal acupuncture group, and the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The filiform fire needle in the treatment of the transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra has good effect.
