摘  要:光电平台装载于中高空察打一体高速无人机,主要用于执行对时敏目标或固定目标的侦察任务,为激光半主动制导武器提供激光照射指引。激光照射精度直接影响目标的打击效果,为了确保光电平台激光照射精度,首先对激光照射精度进行分析,确定其影响因素为激光光轴晃动、跟踪精度和两光学载荷光轴不平行度。在满足一定尺寸的使用条件下,确定激光器设计方案,使激光光轴晃动控制在0.03 mrad;从结构和电控两个方面控制跟踪精度的影响因素,使跟踪精度不大于0.1 mrad;设计可行性调整机构,使两光光轴不平行度不大于0.05 mrad,最终保证了光电平台激光照射精度不大于0.12 mrad。The photoelectric platform for scouting and hitting is mounted on high-speed Unmanned Aerial Vehicle in medium-altitude or high-altitude,reconnoiters time-sensitive target or dead target.It can provide laser irradiation leading for semi-active laser-guided weapon.The laser irradiation precision decides striking effect.It can be analyzed,and influenced by laser ray axis drifting precision,tracking precision,two ray axis paralleled precision.The laser is designed for some using formal size,the value of laser ray axis drifting precision is within 0.03 mrad.The value of tracking precision is not more than 0.1 mrad with mechanical structure and electric control designed well.The regulating mechanism is designed,and the value of two ray axis paralleled precision is not more than 0.05 mrad.The final value of the laser irradiation precision is not more than 0.12 mrad assuringly.
