摘  要:为了保证航空相机的成像质量,设计了偏心量为6mm的偏心凸轮调焦机构来补偿环境变化造成的离焦量。为了准确计算调焦量,需要知道滚子位置和编码器的角度反馈值的对应关系。分别针对偏心轮无偏置安装和有偏置安装时滚子运动轨迹进行了分析,对滚子位置和偏心轮旋转角度之间的关系进行了公式推导。由公式可得无偏置安装时调焦范围为±6 mm,当偏置量为3 mm有偏置安装时调焦范围为±6.197 mm。实验证明滚子位置的实测值和理论推算值是相符的。的分析为偏心凸轮调焦机构的设计以及精确调焦提供了理论基础。To ensure the best image quality and compensate the motion error for aerial camera,offset cam focusing mechanism was designed in this paper.The eccentricity of the cam is 6 mm.To gain the exact focus value,the relation between the position of roller and the feedback angle from encoder must be calculated.The paper analyses the motion track of roller in the case of zero offset installation and offset installation.The expressions of the relationship between roller displacement and rotary angle of offset cam were deduced.The conclusion can be deduced from the expressions that the focusing range of zero offset installation is ± 6 mm and the focusing range of offset installation is±6.197 mm when the offset distance is 3 mm.The experimental results show that the measured value consists with the theoretical value at the same angle.The analysis of this paper provides theory base for the design of offset cam focusing mechanism and the focusing of the aerial camera accurately.
