摘 要:以挤压力峰值为指标,采用正交分析法,研究滚动涂覆时间、滚筒转速、铝丸直径、铝丸质量与润滑剂量等工艺参数对一种新型润滑涂覆方法的润滑效果的影响。采用Al6061与硬脂酸锌为试验与润滑材料,结合正交分析结果,得到工艺参数的影响主次顺序:铝丸质量>滚动涂覆时间>铝丸直径>润滑剂量>滚筒转速;同时获得具有最佳润滑效果的工艺参数组合:滚动涂覆时间为60min,滚筒转速为15r·min-1,铝丸直径为1mm,铝丸质量为0.5kg,润滑剂量为100g。Taking the peak force of extrusion process as the evaluating index, the orthogonal analysis method was employea ro study the influence of different processing parameters, including rotation time, rotation speed, size of shot, weight of shot and the amount of lubrication, on the lubrication performance of a new lubricating method. During the experimental works, A16061 was selected and zinc stearate was chosen as lubrication, and the results showed that the significance of processing parameters is: the weight of shot 〉rotation time 〉the size of shot 〉the amount of zinc stearate 〉rotation speed. When the rotating time was 60 min, the rotating speed was 15 r/min, the shot size was 1mm, the weight of shot was 0.5 kg and the amount of zinc stearate was100 g, the optimal lubrication performance could be obtained.
