摘 要:研究了电化学增塑效应对4043铝合金冷拉拔过程中拉拔力和拉拔后丝材硬度的影响。结果表明,电化学拉拔可以显著减小拉拔过程中的拉拔力,增加丝材拉拔变形量,减少拉拔退火次数。与不加电的常规拉拔相比,在电解液为0.5mol/L NaOH乳化液、电流密度为60mA·cm-2下进行电化学拉拔,拉拔后丝材的表面硬度明显降低,拉拔力下降8%~18%,拉拔变形真应变提高30%。The effect of the electrochemical on wire-drawing of a 4043 alloy was investigated at room temperature and the hardness of the drawn 4043 alloy wires was observed.It was found that the wire drawing force was obviously reduced and the deformation ability of the alloy is increased greatly by application of electrochemical drawing.Comparing with the traditional drawing process,the surface hardness of as-drawn 4043 alloy was decreased with the increment of the deformation of alloy,the largest decreasing amount of wire drawing force is about 8%~18%,and the largest increasing amount of drawing true strain is about 30%.
