摘　　要：配套政策是主体功能区建设的有力保障。国家层面限制开发的农产品主产区和重点生态功能区广泛分布在我国西部地区,特殊的区域特征以及所承担的主体功能,决定了这些区域尤其需要配套政策支撑。差别化的分类管理政策应涵盖财政、投资、产业、土地、农业、人口、民族、环境、应对气侯变化等方面。Supporting policies is a powerful guarantee for the construction of the main functional areas. The national main producing areas of agricultural products and key ecological function areas are widely distributed in China＇s western region. Special regional characteristics and it＇s main function, which determines the particular needs of supporting policies. The differentiated category management policies should cover finance, investment, industry, land, agriculture, population, nationality, environment, response to climate change and so on.
