摘 要:目的探讨Ⅰ、Ⅱ类群体反应性抗体、MICA抗体对肾移植恢复的影响。方法本实验室应用免疫磁珠法检测术前、术后1、2、4周肾移植患者体内群体反应性抗体及MICA抗体,共检测700人次。结果术前男性抗体阳性率24%(63/262),女性抗体阳性率40%(46/116),术后延迟恢复组与急性排斥组的群体反应性抗体Ⅰ、Ⅱ类、MICA抗体均高于正常恢复组。结论群体反应性抗体I、Ⅱ类及MICA抗体与移植恢复关系密切,术前抗体筛选及术后抗体检测对肾移植意义重大。Objective To explore the relationship between panel reactive antibody (PRA) class Ⅰ, class Ⅱ, MICA antibody and recovery of renal transplantation. Methods Immunomagnetic beads-LUMINEX method was used to detect PRA class Ⅰ, class Ⅱ and MICA antibodies in patients awaiting for transplantation and one, two and four weeks after renal trans- plantation. A total of 700 eases (378 patients) were detected sineeDeeember 2013. Results The positive antibody rate was 24% in male patients awaiting for transplantation, 40% in female patients awaiting for transplantation. The positive rates of PRA Ⅰ , Ⅱ and MICA antibodies were higher in patients with normal recovery than in patients with delayed graft function. Conduslon A close relationship exists between PRA class Ⅰ, Class Ⅱ , MICA antibody and transplantation. It is impor- tant to identify the presence of PRA class Ⅰ, class Ⅱ, MICA antibody before and after renal transplantation.
