2010-2014年兰州地区无偿献血人群HIV感染状况分析

摘　　要：目的分析兰州地区无偿献血者HIV感染情况,为制定艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据。方法回顾调查2010年1月-2014年12月期间无偿献血者HIV感染和分布情况。结果共检测无偿献血者标本46 020人,男性32 814人、女性13 206人,男女比例2.48∶1,HIV确认阳性16份,确认阳性率34.8/10万,16名确认阳性者人群特点是男性,21-40岁,以农民和工人为主,高中及以上文化程度居多,已婚高于未婚。结论兰州地区无偿献血人群中的HIV感染流行趋势相对较高,2014年确认阳性数是过去4年的总和,艾滋病疫情已经由高危人群向一般人群蔓延,给采供血安全带来极大的挑战。针对此现状,采供血机构需严格把关,积极招募、建立固定献血者队伍、降低HIV经血传播的风险。Objective To provide scientific evidence for formulating control measures on AIDS and to analyze HIV in- fection among volunteer blood donors in Lanzhou. Methods The HIV infection status and distribution of infection among vol- unteers were analyzed from January 2010 to December 2014. Results 46 020 volunteer donors＇ blood were screened, among which the numbers of males and females was 32 814 and 13 206, respectively, with a ratio of 2. 48： 1. There were 16 volun- teers tested HIV-positive at a positive rate of 34.8/100 000. These were all males, whose ages ranged from 21 to 40-year- old. Their predominant occupations were mainly farmers and blue collar workers. In addition, most had achieved high school or higher education level. There was a higher number of married males than unmarried. Conclusion The trend of HIV in- fection in Lanzhou was higher than before. The total numbers of infection in 2014 was the sum of the infection from the past 4 years. The AIDS epidemic has spread from high-risk groups to the general population, which encumbered the safety of blood collection. To amend this situation, blood donation and supply agencies should monitor more strictly and recruit actively. Meanwhile, a fixed cohort of volunteer blood donors should be established in order to reduce the risk of HIV through transmission.
