摘  要:为探究液态离子型土壤固化剂改良土的固化机理,以浙中红褐色黏土为典型土质类型,在掌握该类黏土基本物性参数的基础上,通过酸碱度、电导率、等离子体发射光谱、扫描电镜、X射线衍射、BET测试等系列物化及微观试验,探究了典型红黏土固化前后微观结构特征的变化规律。研究结果表明,典型土质为低液限黏土;离子土壤固化剂具有高导电性、强酸性,能使含铁离子物质的胶结作用加强,提高红黏土强度;固化剂与黏土颗粒表面的1价阳离子发生交换,使渗透液电导率增大;固化黏土矿物颗粒以面-面的形式接触,结构更紧密;固化前后各土样的X射线衍射图谱基本重合,未出现新矿物的衍射峰和衍射特征值,无新矿物生成;固化后土体聚集、凝结,逐渐形成较大颗粒,且当固化剂掺量为0.014%时,土样颗粒比表面积和孔容均分别减小至最小值。In order to study the stabilization mechanism of ionic liquid soil stabilizer,taking Zhejiang red clay as typical soil type,on the basis of getting basic physical parameters of the soil,by a series of physical,chemical and microstructure tests,involving p H,conductivity,plasma emission spectra,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and BET test,the variation regularities of microstructure characteristics of typical red clay before and after stabilization are analyzed. The research result shows that( 1) the typical soil is low liquid limit clay;( 2) the ionic soil stabilizer has high conductivity and strong acidity,which can strengthen the cementation of the material containing iron ion and increase the strength of red clay;( 3) the penetrant conductivity can be increased by ion exchange reaction between the stabilizer and the + 1 cationics on the surface of clay particles;( 4) the mineral particles of stabilized soil are contacted in the form of piece to piece,which makes soil structural closer;( 5) the X-ray diffraction atlas of the soil samples before and after stabilization are coincided,no diffraction peak and diffraction eigenvalue,indicating there is no new mineral producing;( 6) the soil aggregated, coagulated and gradually formed larger particles after stabilization,especially,when the stabilizer content is 0. 014%,the surface area and pore volume of soil sample particles are reduced to the minimum values respectively.
