摘　　要：菏泽市正处在改革发展和经济转型的关键时期,科学做好新材料产业发展顶层设计,完善产业发展政策环境,引导创新资源加快聚集,推动新材料的高技术产业科学发展、快速发展、集群发展和可持续发展,对于转变经济发展方式、实现产业升级,打造区域科学发展高地,具有十分重要的意义.Heze is in a critical period of development and reform ,it is of important significance to take meas-ures of making top-level design of scientific development of new materials industry ,improving the industry devel-opment policies ,guiding the innovation resources to accelerate the gathering of high technology industry ,promo-ting scientific development ,new materials development ,cluster development and sustainable development in order to change the mode of economic development ,achieve industrial upgrading and build regional scientific development heights .
