高压辊磨机与大型球磨机联合粉磨工艺性能匹配研究

摘　　要：近些年,高压辊磨机逐渐在黄金行业应用。高压辊磨机自身的特点以及与大型球磨机工艺性能的匹配对选矿系统能耗、选矿成本产生了极大的影响。三山岛金矿高压辊磨机与大型球磨机粉磨流程经过近2年的应用研究及实践表明:辊磨机工艺性能参数不断优化,辊磨机与球磨机工艺匹配合理。工艺性能合理匹配改善了选矿厂能耗结构,优化了生产指标,降低了选矿厂成本。与同类选矿比较,降本增效潜力逐步显现,社会经济效益明显。In recent years, the high pressure roller mills gradually prevail in gold industry. The compatibility of the characteristics of high pressure roller mills and the performance of the large ball mills has a positive and far-reaching impact on the energy consumption and cost of mineral processing system. In Sanshandao Gold Mine, the nearly two years＇ research and practice of the high pressure roller mill and large ball mill grinding process indicates the process performance parameters of the roller mill are continuously optimized, and the roller mill and ball mill process are compatible. The compatibility has improved the energy consumption structure, optimized production index and reduced the cost of ore-dressing plant. Comparing with similar mineral processing processes, the potentiality of cost-effective pro- duction gradually emerges with obvious social and economic benefits.
