近代芜湖价格水平演变的定量分析

摘　　要：芜湖是安徽近代唯一的约开口岸和工商业中心,该地价格指数基本上代表了安徽的批发价格指数。通过数据收集和插值法,测算出芜湖的进口商品价格指数、出口商品价格指数和总的价格指数,并对价格指数进行统计分析和比较研究。结果表明,至少在安徽,工农业剪刀差并不存在,工业制成品与农产品之间相对价格的变动有利于发展近代经济的资本积累,但却未实现。自然灾害与政治动荡对经济只有暂时性的冲击,长期影响是由国际市场决定的。由于安徽传统的自然经济仍然占有相当的规模,商品市场发育尚未完全成熟,这缓冲了国际市场的影响,使价格水平的涨跌幅度比工业化国家要小。Wuhu was the only port and industrial and commercial center of Anhui in modern times. Its price index basically represented the wholesale price level in Anhui. By adopting the methods of data collection and interpolation,the author measured and calculated the price index of imports,exports and the total. The results of statistical analysis and comparison show that there is not the scissors gap between industry and agriculture at least in Anhui. It is also shown that the change of relative price between industrial products and agricultural products is conducive to the development of modern economy and capital accumulation,but the target is not reached. Natural disasters and political turmoil had only a temporary impact on economy,and the long-term effects were determined by the international market. Because of the considerable scale of traditional natural economy in Anhui,the development of commodity Market was immature. The impact of the international market can be buffered so that the price level fluctuation was smaller than that of the industrialized countries.
