摘  要:采用粉末烧结法制备典型铜-铅(Cu Pb10Sn10,Cu Pb24Sn1)和铜-镍(Cu Ni9Sn6)双金属轴承材料,并在HDM-20端面摩擦磨损试验机上进行了试验。结果表明:当润滑充分时,铜-铅双金属轴承材料的减摩特性优于无铅铜-镍轴承材料;铜-镍轴承材料表面孔隙较多,当润滑不良时,孔隙中的润滑油可发挥较好的润滑作用,其减摩耐磨性能优于铜-铅双金属轴承材料。The typical copper - lead ( CuPbl0Snl0, CuPb24Snl ) and copper - nickel (CuNi9Sn6) bimetallic bearing materials are prepared by powder sintering method. The tests are conducted by using HDM -20 end -face friction and wear tester. The results show that under the condition of sufficient lubrication, the anti - friction property of copper - lead bimetallic bearing material is better than that of lead - free copper - nickel bearing material. There are many pores in surface of copper - nickel bearing material. When lubrication condition is poor, the lubricating oil stored in pores plays good performance of lubrication, the anti - friction and anti - wear properties are better than those of copper - lead bimetallic beating materials.
