摘　　要：慕课作为当今一种秉持优质教育资源在线共享的先进教学模式,将为图书馆员继续教育创造新的途径。文章在分析目前我国图书馆员继续教育现状的基础上,深入探讨慕课作为一种新的继续教育模式的必要性与可行性,并构建慕课在图书馆员继续教育的三个路径。In the spirit of sharing quality online educational resources, MOOC, one of advanced teaching modes, will bring librarian a new channel of continuing education. Based on the analysis of its status quo in China, this article discusses its feasibility and necessity in depth, and furthermore offers librarian three approaches to continuing education by MOOC.
