根尖倒充填术对根尖周炎患者远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察根尖倒充填术治疗根尖周炎患者的远期疗效。方法以临汾市第二人民医院2011年1月至2012年6月收治的60例根尖周炎患者为研究对象，按数字表格法将其分为两组，对照组给予根尖刮治术治疗，实验组行根尖倒充填术，术后随访1～2年，观察两组患者的远期疗效。结果术后随访1～2年，实验组术后1、2年治疗总有效率分别为86.67％、85.71％，与对照组的56.67％、53.33％比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝6.65、4.85，P＜0.05）。结论根尖倒充填术治疗根尖周炎远期疗效良好，值得临床推广。Objective To observe the long-term effect of retrograde filling on periapical peri-odontitis patients.Methods Sixty periapical periodontitis patients were treated in the second people ’ s hospital of Linfen from January 2011 to June 2012 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups with digital table method.The control group were treated by periapical curettage, and the experiment group underwent retrograde filling were observed.The patients were followed up for 1 -2 years, and the long-term curative effects of two groups were observed.Results Postoperative follow up for 1-2 years, the total effective rate of experiment group after 1, 2 years was 86.67%, 85.71%, that of the control group was 53.33%, 56.67%, the differences were significant （χ2 =6.65, 4.85, P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions The long-term effect of retrograde filling on periapical periodontitis patients is good, and is worth clinical promotion.
