卵巢癌患者手术及化疗前后人附睾上皮分泌蛋白4与 CA125的比较

摘　　要：目的：比较卵巢癌患者手术及化疗前后人附睾上皮分泌蛋白4（ HE4）与CA125水平变化。方法选取2010年2月至2015年2月收治的51例卵巢癌患者为研究对象，采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELESA）对手术前及化疗前后血清HE4和CA125水平进行检测对比。结果经术后常规化疗，卵巢癌上皮性患者血清CA125及HE4水平基本降至正常。 HE4术前为（796.32±12.7）pmol／L，第2次后基本呈正常恢复，为（131.61±10.6）pmol／L，CA125中位数术前为（128.0±9.5）kU／L，第3次化疗为（30.4±9.7）kU／L，呈正常恢复。如三次以后未恢复正常，则诊断为复发。治疗中CA125和HE4相关，统计相关系数为0.811。结论卵巢癌血清学标志物中，HE4也可用于疗效的评估。Objective To compare the changes of HE4 and CA125 before and after surgery and chemotherapy in ovarian cancer patients.Methods To select 51 cases of ovarian cancer from February 2010 to February 2015 as the study objects, the serum HE4 and CA125 levels were detected and com-pared before and after surgery and chemotherapy using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ ELE-SA） .Results After conventional chemotherapy, CA125 and HE4 basically returned to normal levels. HE4 preoperative was （ 796.32 ±12.7 ） pmol/L, substantially normal recovery after the second, to （131.61 ±10.6） pmol /L, CA125 preoperative median was（128.0 ±9.5） kU /L, 3rd chemotherapy was（30.4 ±9.7） kU /L, showed a normal recovery.If not back to normal after three times, the diagno-sis was recurrence.CA125 and HE4 treatment related statistical correlation coefficient was 0.811.Con-clusions Among the ovarian cancer serum markers, HE4 also be used to assess efficacy.
