欧维婷阴道软膏治疗绝经后阴道萎缩的疗效

摘　　要：目的：探讨欧维婷软膏治疗绝经后妇女阴道萎缩的效果。方法选择2012年8月至2013年8月绝经后妇女阴道萎缩患者58例，阴道应用欧维婷软膏0.5 g／次，连续2周，之后改为2次／周，共3个月。用药前及用药后4、8及12周作阴道健康评分，并结合用药前后阴道萎缩症状，血清激素水平和血脂等生化指标，子宫内膜厚度等进行综合评价。结果用药12周后雌激素缺乏所致症状明显改善。血雌二醇、肝肾功能、血脂等指标无明显变化，阴道彩超检查子宫内膜无明显增厚。结论阴道使用欧维婷软膏治疗绝经后妇女阴道萎缩效果好，不良反应轻，安全性高，使用方便。Objective To investigate the efficacy of ovestin ointment on vagina atrophy in postmenopausal women. Methods From August 2012 to August 2013, 58 patients with vagina atrophy in postmenopausal were selected, they were given 0.5 g ovestin ointment daily during the first week and there after 2 times a week for 12 weeks.Local symptoms and signs were detemined before and after treatment at 4,8 and 12 weeks.Indexes such as endometrial thickness and serum E2 concentrition were assessed at the same time.Results Symptoms due to estrogen deficiency were remissed obviously dur-ing the 12 weeks of treatment.Variable safety indexes including serum lipids were within normal range.No significant in-crease in endometrial thickness were observed and no obvious side effects occurred.Conclusions Ovestin ointment is ef-fective and safe for urogenital disorders following estrogen deficiency in postmenopausal women.
